The Marren ISM-1800 Heavy Duty Commercial Microwave features a user-friendly touch pad which is programmable with up to 100 automatic settings which can have a cook cycle of up to 60 minutes for each program. The oven has 11 power levels and 3 cooking stages, featuring a time entry option and X2, X3 multiple quantity touch pad.

The ISM-1800 is programmable via USB which ensures consistent menu optimisation between multiple units units. The interior LED light allows the operator to monitor food items, without the need to open the door. The 1800W microwave power is evenly distributed throughout the oven by dual magnetrons which is delivered to the product by top and bottom rotating antenna for even cooking and speed.

The large 0.63 cubic ft. (17.9L) cooking cavity is perfect for food outlets with high volume food demands. The stainless steel door is durable for intensive use and the ‘EZ Grab and Go’ handle with over 90˚opening ensures easy access.

Manufactured with stainless steel exterior wrap, door, interior cavity, removable roof liner, and stainless steel air intake filter for easy cleaning.

Designed to be stacked two high (with the same style oven) to help reduce footprint. Installation is simple, only requiring a standard 13amp power supply. The ISM-1800 is supplied fitted with a 13amp plug for ease of installation.
